gEDA-dev: gEDA/gaf release plans

Hi,

	Now that this last code sprint is behind us and probably every
source file has changed..., :) I would like to do another release.
Maybe in 2-3 weeks.  So now is a good time to fix any risky bugs or add
any new functionality, because soon I will request that only bug fixes
be checked in.

	Translators, please update your po files.  Thank you.
