Sounds like Alex's request for "everything in one file" or at least
some kind pf project data that manages the different views possible
and hides a directory full of data from the user.  Seems like something only
a subset of core users of PCB would want, so only likely as a GUI program
that calls PCB and gschem and gnetlist to do things and puts their outputs
in the streamlined form right for a particular business approach, be that
govt. work, or electrical distribution designs.
