There is some cleanup to do yet - sorry Ivan, the cleanup is just
commented out cruft (and lack of comments - BAD PETER) in the
GschemDialog code.

(I will of course help with commenting and cleanup if you wish).

The patch adds a new file, so you need to to a full ./autogen.sh run
before it will compile and pickup those symbols. (I think).
