Its always nice to see what fixes / features have been added in a given
release, and I guess this one has had quite a lot of Changelog!

Is it likely reading the release notes makes or breaks someones choice
to upgrade? I'm not sure, but I very often read release-notes before
upgrading my Ubuntu box - usually to see if my "favourite" bugs have
been fixed, and so I'm not caught by surprise with changes in behaviour.

If you want help writing the release notes, I can have a go. Presumably
we start with the Changelog since the last release, and start
summarising from there.
