	Also, really, it's not hard to build guile 1.8.x.  All you need
is gmp and libtool both of are built using:

./configure ; make ; make install

	And this whole guile discussion will be irrelavent for
the stable branch of gEDA/gaf which will support both 1.6.x and 1.8.x
for a while longer.  Plus 20070526 builds with 1.6.x and there won't 
be another stable gEDA release for a while anyways.
