gEDA-dev: GschemDialog now has hookable geometry save / restore

Hi,

I just pushed a commit which makes GschemDialog emit a signal / call a
class member function when it wants to save / restore the dialog's
geometry.

The default GschemDialog class member saves the size and position of the
dialog, but you can now over-ride (and chain up) to save internal
geometry. I used this to save the position of a GtkHPaned I just added
to the component selector.

This would all be a little nicer (lots less #ifdef... #endif) if we
could bump the GLIB version requirement for gschem to 2.6.
