What about the rest of the functions which aren't used, and related to
the rest of the related code for spreadsheet style GtkEntry at the top:

I'll see if Ivan wants to make a new patch which removes all this in one
step, or if he wants me to apply the old patch, and get the rest with
another patch later.
Now the other patches are in git, I've been able to re-base my pending
pagelist as a GedaList type changes against gattrib with Ivan's patches.
The code is certainly a lot tidier now, and there is less of it affected
by my pagelist changes. (Nice one Ivan!)
