gEDA-dev: HID/Draw question wrt Undo

(hey, I finally joined geda-dev!)

Question about undo/draw:  There's a function called DrawObject in
draw.c.  In theory, it can draw any kind of object.  However, the 'bulk
drawing' functions do many things differently.  And in practice, it
appears that the undo DrawObject happens and is then almost immediately
replaced by a "real" redraw.

What's supposed to happen?
