Some generic comments ---

* I would remove the component usage information from
  the tb_component_type table. It is not part of the
  component description. If you need component usage
  data combined with component description data then
  create a view that merges multiple tables.

* For the specification field names in the tb_logic_family
  I would use the *exact* names that are commonly used
  in logic datasheets --  low_out_max would be Vol_max,
  high_out_min would be Voh_min, etc. Any one skilled
  in the field will immediately recognize the specification
  that is referenced.
