gEDA-dev: libgeda translation: german translation mosly finished

Hi Peter B. and all,

I've mostly finished the libgeda translation.
There's a string where I cannot guess the meaning.
Especially the word "closures".
"Cannot add Scheme-library [%s]: callbacks must be closures\n"

Here are some random notes I recogniced while translating.

There are lots of different formats for strings:
  [%s] or '%s' or %s or _%s_ or (%s)

And different formats of the error messages:
  Could not ... in function_name
  function_name: Could not ...
  function_name(): Could not ...
  ERROR: function_name: Could not ...

translation of ../src/g_basic.c line 109 is useless:
  %s:%i:%i: %s\n

missing translation "unknown" in src/o_complex_basic.c
