gEDA-dev: double click on arcs in gschem?

Hi,

Per the checkin fba1fe91258e62ad0d5ffd685adad93336542e30, you can
now double click on arcs in gschem and get the arc dialog edit dialog.
That's kind of nice, however, if you click cancel or okay in this dialog
box you find yourself in "move the arc" mode.  Is this intended?

Note, double clicking on text brings up an edit dialog, but does not
gschem to enter into move mode if you hit cancel or okay.
