OK, pulling attributes from pins now works, and I have a working
XNF netlister. Here is a quick snapshot of the gnet-xnf.scm file
that does the job, and also some documentation.

I now am working on the beginnings of the xunified library that goes
with it. Once I get decent beginnings to it (meaning I get things like
the part size and style as I want them) I will make it available on
my FTP site. I may make a snapshot available later today so that you can
see things like part sizes and general structure.
