What exactly do you need. A friend of mine made one with TeX. But
it's only the diagram itself and there is no support for drawing
curves into it (yet). You have to use a pen for that although it is
not too difficult to implement a plot function.
I just rescaled it to fit on letter paper rather than A4. I'll attach
the pdf file to this mail since it is very small (11591 bytes).
