gEDA: PLD Edit

OK, for now I wrote a simplified JEDEC reader in order to get bits in,
and now I can actually read a file. Now I'm considering the problem
of an architecture description.

I've looked at the gpld source that Graham posted this morning, and it
looks like the descriptions have everything I need and then some. So
now all I need to do is connect that up.

Anyhow, here is another quick snapshot (complete with my own little
jedec reader) that includes a simple test.jed JEDEC file to display.
