There is an option in one of the menus to make it a non selectable title
block. The problem I have with titleblocks, is that there aren't any
quite the write size... It would be great if one could make attributes
for the titleblock (creater, revision, page, etc) and then the print
function could make a titleblock of optimum size (even though this would
lead to differenct scalings of titleblocks...I don't know some of my
components are just really large and only fit on the largest titleblock)
