	Yeah, select the titleblock and execute Edit/Lock  This will make
the titleblock unselectable (except when you use a big enough selection
box).  Is that what you were asking?

	This nonsense with box bounding boxes being so large and encompassing
the entire space of objects is something I plan to get rid of.
