gEDA: icarus verilog $fmonitor support.

Hello,
Icarus has really grown since i last used it. It is much, much faster
and the build was flawless on my Mandrake 8.1 box.

I was just curious though, does the $fmonitor work ? maybe i am making
a mistake in my verilog, but it does not seem to work for me.

That aside, it rocks better then ever. A big thank you to stephen and
all the other contributors.
