Yes, I understood you, howerver I am studing the gettext and it's very simple. Now I am editing the x_dialog.c to my first experience. I thnik this is cool.
The referred system-gschemrc file was renamed in my server.
A gEDA-BR member, Xultz, released a partial translation for PCB-user-guide, it is in:

With is the complete operation guide. But he is translating the Apendices.
