gEDA: Where's Icarus?

If you tried to reach the Icarus Verilog web pages or FTP site in the
last few days, you found dead air. I had the worst mix of a power failure,
a worn out UPS, and and errant fsck.

  http://www.icarus.com/eda/verilog is back on line, as is the ftp site.

No files were lost, but the O/S was re-installed and servers re-configured.
If you encounter troubles with the servers, drop me a note as I probably
forgot something.
