Hi Andrew.  I was curious if there is online documentation of VCD anywhere?
I'd like to add VCD dumping to SAVANT (an LGPL vhdl analyzer/simulator) so
I could use GTK wave with it.  I see the official docs are in 1364, but I
was wondering if just the VCD section is described anywhere.
