IEEE say: "100 mils, pin to pin spaced"

IEEE about IC boxes:
800 mils horizontal size to normal, logical ICs.
1000 mils or more to microprocessors, microcontrolers e special applications as FPGA, PAL etc.

Aways, 200 mils space from IC begin to first up, up or down.
Aways, RefDes Up left outbox, name/type down left, inbox.

All characters in a draw need to be 80mils and 100mils in the title box. But in the components, the characters may be 60 to refdes and 50 to name or type.
To pinames the characters need to be 50mils to fit.

BUT, me, Xtian Xultz and Emerson Cavalcanti will go to the IEEE agency near us, in our town, to read more about and update our info. I promess to return all de information need to compose these details.
