Looks like Icarus Verilog 0.8 compiles out of the box on
Mac OS X 10.3, so one can expect native packages as soon
as I learn how to make 'em.:-)

But that naturally means I'm next going to be trying to
get gtkwave installed. Has anybody already been down that
path?
