Well, symbol changes are only made if it is necessary. Graphical changes 
usually don't change the pin position ...

.. the netlists will stay valid after that changes.
Larger changes are necessary if there are missing pins or something like 
this. I think it's ok to change these symbols. The user will notice 
that when he gets the symversion warning. He should look what kind of 
change happend.
