Yeah, you're right about noweb vs. notangle_guile.scm. I don't have
noweb installed on the machine where I am having problems.

'Cause it's not there. :-) I never installed it. Since the only
place it gets used in gEDA, I've always just let your notangle_guile
take care of the translation.

I believe I have noweb/notanlge on my development machine at home. I
will check tonight. However, since I have it on one machine, but not
on the other, I manage to test the process of building gEDA two ways.
That's probably a good thing.
