Yes, you should be able to finish a build with an option 

%define _unpackaged_files_terminate_build 0

added somewhere at the begining of specfile. 
No file should belong to more than one package. You can test what package owns 
a file by typing:
rpm -qf filename

If you notice similar problem with another packages of GAF, let me know.
I will try to look into the log at home.
