gEDA: Re: troublesome component libraries (was: gEDA-user: IEC417 + U? errors)

Hi All,

I've moved this dicussion over to geda-dev.

Okay, suppose I wanted to fix this. How would I fix this?

* Should I just comment out the IEC417 library from the default
  system-gafrc?
In the past I did this with unusual libraries, but if I do that then
anybody using IEC417 will suddenly discover their schematics are broken.

* Maybe I should just comment out troublesome libraries and hope to
minimize the amount of pain for future users (sorta try to keep the
  majority happy; wish me luck).

* Or maybe I should take the exact opposite approach and remove all system
libraries and then users need to put them back themselves. Hehe, I can
hear the fallout/flamage already if I actually did this. :)
