Jason, I see you already have uploaded the packages. I have succesfully
installed them according to the included instructions. The integration with the
Cygwin installer is really a good idea.

Yes, we talked about it when I asked Ales for permission to update the gEDA wiki
with my Cygwin notes. I appreciate his good will.

For the record, another thing I mentioned in our communication was this: I have
also successfully used gEDA/gaf & pcb with virtualization software, namely
VMware Player and its GPL'd counterpart, coLinux. I tested them under both
Fedora 4 and Ubuntu running in virtual machines under Windows XP.
