gEDA-dev: Release plans for gEDA/gaf

Hi All,

	Just a quick note, I would like to do a release of gEDA/gaf
soon (within a couple weeks or less).  So, please, no more drastic
checkins, please.  Bug fixes are great, but major changes such as
new dialog boxes should be held on to for a little bit longer.  

	After I do the release, then by all means, break it (and
fix it too). :)
