gEDA-dev: About PCB capacitance extraction again

Hi

I've put a new version of my numerical analysis tool on-line
(http://www.tablix.org/~avian/nelma/nelma-2.0.tar.gz)

It is now a bit more user-friendly. I have also cleaned up the code a
lot and fixed some bugs in the field solver. See the "NEWS" file for
some more detailed description of changes.

The only thing missing right now is a simple way to get circuit board
layout data from pcb. I'll probably try to modify the PNG export code in
pcb to export each layer as a monochrome PNG and also store pin and
netlist data to a separate text file.

Best regards
Tomaz Solc
