gEDA-dev: New gschem exit confirm dialog box

Hi,

I can't seem to find the e-mail original e-mail on the patch that added
the new close without saving, cancel, save confirm dialog box.  I like it
as it a little bit more standard, however, I have to voice my usual
gripe, the button order is all backwards with regard to all the other
gschem dialog boxes.

The original plan (discussed recently) is still in effect, either:

* Fix all the dialog boxes to be the same
or
* Use the gtk+ button order order api to get the right order per platform
or
* Fix this dialog box to be Save, other button1, other button2.
