	I believe the upload/manage images button is the 5th toolbar
from the right (looks like a little picture).  Unfortunately, your 
user permissions were not set to allow uploads.  I have fixed that now.
You should be able to upload right on that manager that pops up.

If it still doesn't work for you, let me know.
