gEDA-dev: PCB "bug" when renaming refdes

Hi, If I have duplicate refdes checking turned on in PCB, and I go to
rename a refdes, PCB pops up a log Error:

Error: The name "C7" is not unique!

Even if I Cancel out of the rename dialog. I think PCB needs to store
the original name, and compare to see if a change was actually made.
