gEDA-dev: old noweb CVS devel directory moved

Hi,

	A long time ago I threatened that I would move the old noweb
development tree from geda/devel to eda/geda/old/devel.  This has now
occurred.  All developers and users who want to be on the bleeding edge
should be using the CVS tree eda/geda/gaf.
