One way to do this would be to break the LMX9820A into two symbols --
one containing power and ground (or maybe just ground) and the other
containing signals (LMX9820A.sym for signals, LMX9820A_pwr.sym
for power and grounds). If both symbols have the same refdes they will
map to a signal footprint.

When troubleshooting a board it can be useful to have a schematic that
shows how all pins are terminated. By having two symbols you can remove the
clutter of 43 ground connections yet (in a different place) show where your pins
are connected.
