For some reason, -ltermcap wasn't included in the 32bit build of
vvp32. Humph. I may need to look at the vvp/config.log and vvp/Makefile
files that were generated.

The readline functionality is used by vvp to support the interactive
$stop mode. If it is not found, it will configure the functionality
out. Readline uses termcap in turn.

The error would be in vvp. Sounds like something for me to look into.

The --enable-vvp32 flag causes a 32bit version of vvp to be build
and installed. This only exists for compatibility with 32bit VPI
modules. But building it shouldn't be causing troubles.

I also do not know how termcap cam replace readline. The readline
libs use termcap. I'm puzzled why there is a problem with the
readline-devel package.
