gEDA-dev: svn on sourceforge isn't documented correctly it seems.

I was able to get datadraw and other sourceforge projects' svn servers to work.

Even though the sourceforge site pages say use https: I could not get that to work.

I got results with

svn co http://datadraw.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/datadraw/trunk
