If you're using Debian then I believe all you need are "libgtk2-perl"
and "libwww-perl" packages.
A similar application I have here has the following Debian dependencies:
libglib-perl (>= 1.061)
libgtk2-perl (>= 1.061)
libgtk2-gladexml-perl (>= 1.003)
I don't know for other distributions.
gtk2-perl is available from "http://gtk2-perl.sourceforge.net" and you
can probably get libwww-perl from CPAN.
