'make install' fails with the following error:

/bin/sh: line 0: cd: //opt/geda/share/pcb: No such file or directory
On Windows, "//" has a special meaning: a network folder. It is looking
for a shared geda folder on the 'opt' machine...
The patch below solves it for me. Note that DESTDIR already contains a
trailing slash.
