gEDA-dev: Icarus Verilog Snapshot 20070123

I've made some big changes to the handling of memories, which turned
it into support for arrays. Many people have pined for support for
wire arrays, and we are there now. There is still stuff to do around
the edges, but it functions.

Of course, every big change may bring with it new bugs. I think I've
got the regressions cleared up, so it should be fine, but file reports
if it's not.
