I had a working MinGW build, but then my wifes PC got sick (fan) and
then we did some sort of microsoft security update and now cygwin has
troubles getting resources. grrrrrr. Anyway, I'll get those sorted out
and get a build done. One issue is that to get the installer you use
the win32/build_pcb script which has a handful of assumptions about
where things are installed so it is not terribly robust. Once the
installer is built correctly though it should run.
