Even the strictest interpretation of the GPL does not require this,
and in fact, such a restriction would be incompatible with the GPL
because it reduces your freedoms. Other groups have tried such terms
in their "public licenses" but the FSF has determined they're GPL
incompatible.
We can certainly *request* it, but cannot *require* it.
