gEDA-dev: More GSoC project ideas added

Hi,

I've added a whole bunch of new project ideas, primarily centered around
gschem.  These are somewhat easier project ideas that I think students
should be able to accomplish.  Some of them are probably too easy and
should be combined with other ideas.
