I had missed the link between a net of the per-circuit netlist, and its
Mports. (Allowing external connectivity with the netlist).

Similarly, I removed the link between a net and pins on the page, as the
pins are just GUI representations of the Mport. You can go
pin<->Mport<->Net to get the relationship between the two.

I also added a "Graphical View" just to spell out where things like GUI
view parameters fit into the equation.

I still need to look at structures for a "flattened", or global netlist,
which is derived from the per-circuit (hierarchical) netlists. These may
be done on a per-circuit, or per-design basis, and help to provide the
missing links for cross probing, and back annotation.
