gEDA-dev: Broken HTML on PCB downloads page

Hi there,

I was looking at the downloads page on pcb.sourceforge.net and I noticed
some broken HTML just after "Currently PCB supports GTK."

This should be fixed ASAP: it's **very** confusing!
