The lesstif hid now has the 'c' for centering key working again.  I've
added commented out examples of how to do zooming-with-centering (or
anything else with centering, I suppose) in pcb-menu.res, but I just
couldn't bring myself to make it the default because it was driving me
crazy just during testing.
