gEDA-user: PCB needs 'tips' at startup

PCB should have a 'tip of the day' type message, possibly just in the log,
on startup.  It would be a good way to gradually expose users to some of
the features of PCB as they use it.

Is there a good place to collect these?  Perhaps a wiki?
